In this 2023 FAA Legal Update Series,  Designed for Aircraft Owners, Aircraft Operators, Maintenance Personnel, and Industry Professionals, we will be examining Legal and Regulatory issues regarding "Preventive Maintenance," Maintenance, Aircraft Preflight, Airworthiness, Return to Service, and Maintenance Records. 

The Program will include everyday practical Maintenance Scenarios, a Review of the 31 enumerated Preventive Maintenance paragraphs of FAR 43, Appendix A(c), NTSB Legal Cases, FAA Chief Counsel's Office Maintenance Opinions, and FAA Maintenance Advisory Circulars.
