AP Calculus is perhaps the most beautiful course in all of high school. In our class, we'll be looking at ways of managing all of the new notation and concepts to identify problem types and simplify their solution, with particular focus on providing less anxiety-producing explanations and approaches towards differentiation's chain rule, optimization and related rates word problems, ascertaining the most efficient series test to use in a given situation, and carrying out problems involving curve revolutions. This is Dale's favorite thing to teach, so get in while the getting is good!
