he past few months the General Aviation community has experienced a number of Fatal accidents that span aircraft types and geographic regions, however, there are similarities in the situations that lead up to the accidents.  Proper decision making can be the difference that allows a pilot to have dinner with their family after a flight.

Given the recent events, and some of the decisions with the associated flights this webinar will review the decision making process and discuss a few of the recent incidents to review warning signs that a more systematic approach to decision making may have highlighted.
