Passionately involved in aviation for over 46 years, he has built 12 aircraft and has logged over 10500 hours in 75 different kinds of aircraft. Vic also founded Base Leg Aviation, has published 3 books, and writes monthly Columns (Checkpoints and Diagnosis) for Sport Aviation and Kitplanes. He volunteers as a Young Eagle pilot, and was past President of the EAA Homebuilt council and member of the Broad Of Directors (BOD) of EAA.
